People Operations Advisor

Job Summary
Reporting to the Global Head of People Operations, the role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the employee experience across all stages of the employment lifecycle. Acts as a trusted partner delivering solutions to people-related challenges while ensuring compliance and supporting organisational objectives. Primary duties include serving as the first point of contact for employee queries on policies, procedures, benefits, and employment matters; advising managers on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary processes; supporting onboarding and offboarding; maintaining accurate HRIS records and ensuring data protection compliance; developing and updating people policies; collaborating with Workplace Operations on engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives; providing payroll and benefits administration support; participating in People-related projects and continuous improvement activities; and handling a range of administrative tasks related to business-as-usual activities and events in the people operation calendar, including compensation cycles and bonus management.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a People Operations, Coordinator, or Advisor role
- Knowledge of employment local legislation and best practice
- Experience working with HRIS and people tech tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a scaling, fast-paced SaaS environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a People Operations, Coordinator, or Advisor role
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven matrix company
- Strong understanding of onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Knowledge of employment local legislation with global awareness a plus
- Experience working with HRIS and people tech tools
- Proactive problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work efficiently in a scaling, fast-paced environment
