Job Summary

HR Operations Specialist role in Madrid supporting the Spain People team across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, contracts and amendments, collective bargaining compliance, responding to employee queries, coordinating maternity/paternity leaves and time adaptations, managing internships/trainees, updating job descriptions, monitoring time records, coordinating training and internal policies, coordinating Health & Safety with the external prevention service, and maintaining accurate, confidential HR records while delivering a high-quality employee experience. Requires solid experience in HR administration, attention to detail, strong organisation, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work model (60% office-based, up to 40% remote) based in Madrid with immediate start on a temporary agency contract around €30,000 gross per year.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR department
  • high level of English (written and spoken)
  • experience with HR systems and administrative processes
  • ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities
  • experience within multinational or professional services environment (preferred)
  • experience with onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes
