People & Office Coordinator (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Prague-based part-time People & Office Coordinator responsible for running daily office logistics, onboarding administration, data tracking, and event support. Collaborates with the People Operations Manager to maintain a welcoming workspace, manage vendors and supplies, guide new hires through onboarding platforms, keep the company directory up to date, schedule calendars, and coordinate health and safety training. Requires strong English and Czech/Slovak communication, excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving. 20 hours per week with in-office presence focused on Wednesday and Friday, in a small-to-medium company environment in Prague. Mentorship from the People operations team and opportunities to engage across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Proactive, practical, and detail-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
- Strong organizational skills and data accuracy
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
