Job Summary
Manage the entire Employee Lifecycle by guiding a defined circle of employees from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding. Advise and support leadership and staff as a trusted resource for all personnel-related inquiries, ensuring solutions are delivered professionally and on an equal footing. Lead the full recruitment process to secure top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Execute personnel measures professionally, including individual actions, organizational changes, and labor law compliance, while supporting the operational integration management for employees returning to work.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- fundiertes Wissen im Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
