Job Summary
The role centers on hands-on HR coordination to enhance the employee experience from day one: designing onboarding plans and provisioning system access; supporting introductions and embedding the Vintage energy; producing regular reports on probation, quarterly, and annual reviews; overseeing L&D calendars to ensure teams have growth tools; serving as the go-to contact for daily HR questions; coordinating employee engagement surveys; organizing monthly teambuilding and social events; maintaining compliance through annual audits of personnel files; supporting time tracking and payroll processes; tracking contract renewals; staying updated on Dutch labor law; and keeping HR systems (HiBob, trackers, and Remote) accurate and organized. A warm, people-focused mindset, proactive execution, and a willingness to learn are valued in this Dutch-based, hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR is nice but not required
- Strong people orientation and helpful attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to translate ideas into actions and deliver on time, within budget, with a smile
- Comfort with overseeing administrative tasks, compliance, and payroll processes
- Familiarity with HR systems (HiBob, trackers) and maintaining up-to-date records
