Job Summary
Manage Teya's global headcount and people cost data, ensuring accuracy and trust for senior leadership decisions. Build and maintain dashboards covering key metrics like headcount, hiring, attrition, and retention while analyzing trends to drive better business choices. Support workforce planning by updating hiring forecasts, headcount plans, and people cost models, and assist with scenario modelling for organizational changes. Prepare analysis and presentations for the Executive Team and Board, partnering with Finance to align forecasts with budgets. Automate reporting and improve data quality using AI and modern tooling, providing data-driven recommendations to the wider People team. Work directly with the People Planning & Analytics Lead and VP People to shape strategic growth decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated, or graduating this year
- in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance or similar
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and large datasets
- Curious, detail-oriented and naturally interested in understanding how businesses operate
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analysis clearly to non-technical audiences
- A proactive mindset—you enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems
