Key activities include high-quality recruitment, onboarding delivery for Store Management teams, training organization and delivery, performance management follow-up, succession planning, and talent pipeline management for Department Managers and Sales Advisors, plus data analysis and reporting on headcount, turnover, and training metrics. The role emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, continuous improvement, and leveraging HR processes to support business units in a hybrid work environment from the Toronto Support Office.
