Job Summary
Support the full people agenda by executing HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement activities; analyze people data to guide actions and provide insights; partner with store management and HR peers to ensure a fair, compliant, and supportive working environment; responsibilities include employee relations support, union negotiations if applicable, coordinating recruitment and onboarding for Store Management teams, training organization and follow-up, performance management and development follow-up, succession planning and talent pipeline management, and HR reporting on headcount, turnover, and engagement metrics in a hybrid NY-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR operations or generalist HR role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Ability to analyze data and produce accurate HR reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
