Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and everyday questions. Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, leave requests, and performance management cycles by coordinating timelines and materials. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, audit compliance documentation, and document employee relations concerns. Partner with Recruiting and People Operations to deliver a seamless employee experience while coordinating engagement, learning, and recognition programs. Prepare reports analyzing People metrics, plan company events, and leverage technology and AI to improve processes. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to employer branding and process best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting employees and managers with day-to-day questions and processes
  • Familiarity with core HR processes including onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize and automate workflows
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Resilience, flexibility and the ability to work quickly and effectively cross-functionally
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and comfortable learning new tools
  • Genuine interest in building a career in People/HR
  • Resourceful and curious, with the ability to work through unfamiliar problems as a fast, adaptable learner
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
