Job Summary
People Generalist position with responsibilities as People Business Partner and People Operations lead. Manages employees across the lifecycle, supports leadership in recruitment and compensation policy, helps define development actions, succession planning and talent management, collaborates with leaders, acts as HR contact for staff and supervisors, participates in HR processes and projects, and applies HR tools (Workday, Abacus, RTM). Requires completed HR training, several years of experience as HR Generalist/People Partner, strong communication and empathy, solution-oriented and reliable work style, German native, with optional FE/English skills. Required Qualifications
