Job Summary
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs, handling pre-boarding logistics, initial training, and feedback collection. Conduct exit interviews, analyze retention trends, oversee knowledge transfer, and manage administrative offboarding logistics including final payroll and equipment returns. Plan, budget, and execute culture-building events while measuring ROI via post-event surveys. Maintain accurate employee records and serve as a versatile point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle. Requires foundational HR background, advanced Excel proficiency, and presentation skills for executive leadership. 1st shift 8A-5P (Mon-Fri); background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and event planning
- Foundational HR background
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Schedule: 1st shift 8A-5P (Mon-Fri)
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
