Job Summary
Coach 30 managers and leads on performance dynamics, team structures, and capability growth while navigating organizational changes with pragmatic communication plans. Assess employment law risks and guide leaders through complex edge cases to uphold procedural fairness, leveraging pulse feedback to identify workplace improvement opportunities. This 12-month maternity leave cover engagement is full or part-time depending on seniority, based on a track record of HR Business Partnering in fast-moving, founder-led environments. You will build instant trust with leaders, triage high-stakes people issues with a cool head, and design change management strategies to roll out initiatives smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- PEx / HR Business Partnering Track Record
- Proven experience operating as an HRBP/PEx Partner
- Solid grounding in employment law
- Employment law/ER fundamentals
- Pragmatic Problem Solving
- Change Management Capability
- Practical experience designing change management and stakeholder comms strategies
- The ability to keep a cool, clear head when an unexpected, high-stakes people issue lands on your desk
- Triaging priorities seamlessly
