People Experience Manager

Job Summary
Shape and continuously improve the employee experience across key moments in the employee lifecycle, designing programs that strengthen connection, engagement, and recognition. Lead employee listening efforts, including engagement and pulse surveys, to turn feedback into meaningful action while partnering with the Chief People Officer to identify organizational needs. Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers, coaching leaders through performance conversations and sensitive situations. Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences for U.S. and international employees, coordinating across IT, payroll, and external partners to ensure seamless transitions. Use data to understand what works and continuously improve programs, leveraging systems, automation, and AI to create a scalable employee journey.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of progressive experience across Employee Experience, People Programs, People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or related People roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and building People programs and employee experiences
- Strong People judgment and experience serving as a trusted resource to both employees and managers
- Experience coaching managers and navigating employee relations, performance, and other sensitive People situations
- Experience owning or meaningfully supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to take an idea from concept through implementation and adoption
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build credibility and trust across levels and functions
- Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, low-ego approach
