People Experience Coordinator (6 month Contract)

Job Summary
Own frontline operational delivery for global processes across the full employee lifecycle; identify system friction points and scale automation/AI to eliminate manual processing; drive continuous improvements within Workday, Jira Service Management, and related workflows; upgrade internal knowledge bases and documentation to provide accurate advice and support; hybrid role with time in Melbourne or Sydney offices and remote work for remainder of the week; support onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee journey across the globe.
Required Qualifications
- Background in human resources, people operations, or a closely related administrative environment
- Understanding Jira Service Management and Workday (or similar systems) and, where appropriate, implementing system/process improvements
- Willingness to embrace AI efficiencies into workflows
- Exceptional eye for detail and high data accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills with employees, empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict confidentiality and discretion
- Collaborative mindset and team-first approach
- Proactive approach to improving manual processes and finding smarter ways to work
