Job Summary
People Experience Operations Specialist supporting the EMEA region, working remotely to optimize PXO processes, collaborate with stakeholders, manage complex employee queries, and lead region-wide projects. Responsibilities include developing and improving PXO processes, ensuring alignment with regional standards, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, maintaining documentation and reports, contributing to QM and SOX activities, analyzing HR data for insights, and facilitating virtual trainings and change-management initiatives. Fluency in German and English is required; collaboration with People Advisors, Legal, and Safety teams is essential to enhance employee experience across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
