Job Summary
Lead global People Experience & Talent operations for SUMMIT One Vanderbilt and SUMMIT Entertainment Ventures. Own full-cycle recruitment across all departments and locations, drive international recruitment initiatives including executive searches, partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and budget timing across multiple markets, and develop compensation frameworks and benefits offerings. Manage HR analytics dashboards, HRIS processes, onboarding, employee lifecycle, engagement, and compliance while collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support scalable, high-growth expansion. Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ADP is preferred; strong project management, stakeholder management, and data-informed decision making are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progress in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations in global/high-growth organizations
- experience leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and international markets
- experience with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and analytics
