Job Summary
Internship focusing on People Experience support at Unit4's Shared Services Center in Lisbon. Responsibilities include onboarding, time and absence, offboarding, document generation, and payroll inputs; handling employee queries; learning standardized processes and escalating complex matters; data entry and maintenance in systems; creating and maintaining process documentation and knowledge-base articles; collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistent support delivery. Requires pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (preferred fields: HR, Payroll, Accounting, Management or related), strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset. The role offers exposure to digital HR tools, international HR operations, and the opportunity to shape employee experience across a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy with MS Office tools
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle multiple tasks
- Previous work experience in any area
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about the People Experience function
