Job Summary
Organize, review, and maintain employee personnel files while processing approximately 15–20 files daily to ensure accuracy and completeness. Update HR documentation trackers, verify employee records for missing information, and report discrepancies to stakeholders. Handle confidential employee information with discretion while following established HR policies and document management procedures. Contribute to improving record management processes and support the People Excellence team with administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance within Software Finder's Lahore office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability
- Working knowledge of MS Word
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of OneDrive
- Working knowledge of Google Drive
- Good written communication skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet daily productivity targets
- Eagerness to learn HR operations and documentation processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (PKT)
