Job Summary

Partner with leaders to identify people priorities and develop practical, commercial solutions that support business performance and team effectiveness. Help leaders set clear expectations, build capability, and design initiatives that strengthen engagement, talent development, and leadership effectiveness. Lead the delivery of annual performance, talent, and remuneration processes while coaching leaders on evidence-based decision-making. Drive change initiatives aligned to firm strategy, use workforce data to improve decision-making, and identify and manage employee relations risks. Coach leaders on effective feedback and talent development to support contribution and client outcomes. Collaborate across functions to deliver joined-up experiences for people and clients. This permanent, full-time role features a hybrid structure of 60% office and 40% remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a senior HR or business partnering role
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that are practical, evidence-based and aligned to business needs
  • The confidence to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships across a range of senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading change, improving ways of working and helping teams adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence using data and insights to inform recommendations and decisions
  • Experience managing employee relations matters and identifying and mitigating people risks in a pragmatic and balanced way
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach and make complex people issues clear and actionable
  • A collaborative, curious and commercially focused mindset, with the resilience and initiative to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team
  • A commitment to learning, feedback, mentoring others and continuing to build your own capability
