People Data Operations Analyst (Power Platform)

Job Summary
Proactive and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to support GPDS data product within WPP's People Data & Insights. Responsible for first-point-of-contact data queries, access requests, and issue resolution; support data ingestion and workflow automation in Databricks and Power Platform; document data processes; contribute to data quality, governance, and compliance efforts (including EU Pay Transparency); assist in gathering requirements for new features and platform enhancements; participate in user acceptance testing and collaborate across global teams to ensure data alignment and strategic delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a data operations, data support, or junior business analysis role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Databricks, Workday)
- Experience in stakeholder management and issue ticketing
