Job Summary
Building dashboards and modelling tools to turn reward and people data into actionable insights for senior leaders; enhance Dayforce analytics and reporting maturity; partner with People, Reward, and Finance to influence pay reviews, budgeting and workforce planning; translate numbers into strategic recommendations and ensure data quality and governance across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR MI, reporting, people analytics, or reward analytics
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working across large and complex datasets
- A proven track record of building dashboards within HCM systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or SSAS
- Experience with Dayforce or HCM implementations would be a huge plus
- Knowledge of reward programmes including pay, bonus, and equity schemes
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner brilliantly across teams
