Job Summary

Manage People & Culture administrative processes for the store, supporting the Store Manager and regional teams in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance planning. Coordinate interviews, validate candidates, and handle contractual documentation while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Plan and manage staff schedules, track absences and leave, and maintain accurate data in HR systems. Organize team events to foster engagement and well-being, and support succession planning and labor relations. Requires a university degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields, plus strong organizational skills and English proficiency. Full-time role with continuous shifts; internal candidates must apply by 03/08/2026.

  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, and/or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in similar disciplines
  • Good level of English
  • Other languages known, including sign language
