Job Summary
People & Culture Specialist to join 3Shape in Szczecin, focusing on shaping the people agenda through end-to-end recruitment, training design and delivery, and employer branding in an international, Danish tech environment. Key duties include designing and delivering training programs, leading recruitment processes, coordinating hiring decisions with managers and external vendors, developing employer branding initiatives, providing HR guidance, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements in a diverse, global team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training design and delivery
- Proven experience in talent acquisition
- Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
