Job Summary
Coach frontline managers on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people issues within a high-volume call center environment. Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans, advise on feedback delivery, and assist with investigations by gathering documentation and making recommendations. Support FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests, manage new hire onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and maintain accurate records in HR Acuity. Partner with Talent Programs to support annual performance reviews, calibration sessions, and promotion processes, while using HR data to identify trends related to engagement and retention. Work independently to drive a high-performance culture and navigate employment-related legal matters in coordination with legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience
- Specifically supporting hourly employee populations
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices
- Experience coaching junior managers on performance management, feedback delivery, and day-to-day people issues
- Experience navigating employee relations issues independently, including investigations, corrective action, and separations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and supporting distributed teams
- Ability to work independently while building strong, trust-based relationships across teams
- Full-time role in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Twp.)
