Job Summary
Support operational leaders and colleagues on all employee journey matters, acting as the primary contact for HR issues, performance, absence, and employee relations. Manage recruitment and onboarding with hiring managers, coordinate performance reviews and 30-day check-ins, and oversee HR systems, personnel files, and salary administration. Organize employee engagement initiatives, track feedback, and identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture on projects strengthening culture and employee experience. Required Qualifications
- hbo-diploma in Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare opleiding
- 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen een People & Culture- of HR-functie
- bij voorkeur binnen hospitality, retail of een andere dynamische omgeving
- goede kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en HR best practices
- Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
