Job Summary
Provide effective day-to-day generalist HR support across the business unit and the employee lifecycle, including advising managers on employee relations matters, investigations, and exits. Coach leaders on performance, talent, and development while partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, internal mobility, and workforce planning. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive regional HR programs, support budgeting and compensation guidance, and ensure Workday data integrity. Escalate complex people matters to the Director and champion local policy updates aligned with German employment law. Foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and strengthen collaboration across offices.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Recognised HR qualification
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience partnering with leaders and managers across a broad range of people matters
- Strong knowledge of German employment law
- Up-to-date understanding of relevant German legal and regulatory developments
- Basic understanding of works council relations and co-determination
- Understanding of collective employment law
- Analytical skills
