Job Summary
People & Culture Partner I providing frontline P&C partnership across a defined client group and potentially supervising project-funded P&C teams; responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, visa/work permits, HRIS usage, training and development, vendor and knowledge management, and policy rollout. Requires intermediate P&C knowledge, data analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to support global/regional P&C initiatives, with up to 10% travel domestically or internationally. Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of P&C experience in generalist or client-facing roles; strong MS Office/HRIS/payroll proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years of P&C experience in generalist or client-facing roles
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite, HRIS systems, and payroll systems
- Experience with data reporting and policy interpretation
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS
- Prior work in an international non-governmental organization is helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to resolve routine to moderately complex P&C issues independently
