Job Summary
Join Bunnings as a People & Culture Partner on a 9 month contract. You’ll partner with leaders to provide trusted advice, practical solutions and strategic people support across employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. You’ll balance operational delivery with strategic influence, collaborating with Centres of Excellence to design and deliver people initiatives that drive outcomes for team members and the business. The role involves coaching leadership, driving lifecycle activities, advising on compliance, embedding an inclusive culture, and supporting leaders to make informed, people-focused decisions. Hybrid working is offered with base location at Adelaide Support Office (Unley) and travel across SA stores; occasional regional travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, Business, Commerce, or related discipline (preferred)
