Job Summary
Manage administrative aspects of nationally sponsored learning opportunities, including submitting training requests, issuing pre/post work, and CPE documentation. Coordinate logistics for live training events, register participants, and maintain course catalogs while publishing registration links and removing outdated information. Serve as liaison between internal clients and external vendors to ensure client goals are met and requirements for Continuing Professional Education are satisfied. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated calendar reports to track participant progress, assess completion, and measure program ROI. Generate status reports, triage the Leadership Development email inbox, and review all communications for accuracy. Create department resource pages and maintain records for operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or three (3) or more years of experience in an administrative, training or operations support role
- One (1) or more years of experience in an administrative, training or operations support role with an Associate degree
- three (3) or more years of experience in an administrative, training or operations support role without an Associate degree
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- One (1) year of experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred, major in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Communication, Business, or Management
- Experience in a professional services firm
- Experience with training program coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with maintaining SharePoint sites
- Knowledgeable of/familiarity with continuing professional education
- Understands training delivery logistics
- Professional, direct, and confident demeanor
- Ability to work with all levels of firm personnel to drive results
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including superior grammar, spelling, and punctuation
