Job Summary
People & Culture Manager responsible for HR-related duties at the Indianapolis location, including team member relations, training, recruitment, leave administration (FMLA & STD), workers' compensation claims management, policy implementation, employment equity programs, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Leads staffing, performance management, training, benefits communications, and maintains confidentiality while coaching leadership and driving process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 7+ years of HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS/ADP with strong interpersonal and communication skills; Spanish is highly desired; manufacturing/distribution experience preferred; supervisory responsibilities and exempt status apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment is desired.
- Human Resources certification is desired.
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly desired.
