People & Culture Manager (m/f/d)

People & Culture Manager responsible for aligning HR strategies with business priorities and leading cross-functional efforts post-acquisition integration. Partners with the GM and leadership to shape organizational design, talent management (succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning), and recruitment while driving employer branding. Oversees HR operations (payroll, performance management, compensation) and employee experience (onboarding, mobility, offboarding) with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. Leads employee relations and compliance with labor laws, and collaborates with regional/global HR teams on global initiatives. Requires strong HRBP/generalist background, German and English fluency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix organization; German labor law expertise and stakeholder management are essential. Post-acquisition cultural integration and effective communication to unite Vision Tools with Atlas Copco are key priorities.
