People & Culture Manager - Fulfillment Center

Job Summary

Lead People & Culture strategy for fulfillment operations by partnering with Fulfillment Center General Managers to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across a multi-site network. Act as the primary HR leader for an assigned location while ensuring consistent practices, advising on employee relations, investigations, and performance management. Coach warehouse HR team members and build capability within Operations leadership. Champion a high-performance culture by strengthening leadership, accountability, and retention while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Canadian employment laws. Own facilities management for assigned locations, including vendor coordination, safety inspections, and building maintenance. Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve operational performance and retention. Support warehouse launches, expansions, and acquisitions by developing HR processes, onboarding infrastructure, and change management plans. Lead or participate in company-wide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • experience supporting multi-site warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments
  • Multi-site HR leadership experience
  • Experience managing or developing HR team members
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, coaching leaders, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, multi-state, and employment law
  • Canadian employment law exposure
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce metrics to drive business decisions
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35%, including overnight travel
