Job Summary
Oversees end-to-end People & Culture operations in a hospitality setting, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, employee relations, P&C initiatives, and statutory compliance. Develops and implements organizational policies and programs, ensures competitive but responsible remuneration, builds and enhances P&C tools for efficiency and consistency, implements contemporary recruitment methods, provides coaching to the team, assists in long-term P&C planning aligned with the strategic plan, identifies strategies for progressive work culture, ensures cross-department coordination for productivity and guest service, resolves queries, ensures safety training, motivates and develops the team, optimizes resources to control costs, designs continuous improvement methods for service delivery based on feedback and best practices, manages budgets, manpower planning, employment procedures, and keeps staff informed of department objectives and policies.
