Job Summary
Support full-cycle recruiting, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation for European sites in Germany, France, and the UK. Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and campus programs while coordinating offboarding processes and payroll support. Promote BioLabs' values and collaborative culture by implementing local compliance initiatives and guiding employees through day-to-day HR needs. Work remotely with the Director of People & Culture to enhance engagement programs and ensure staff have the tools to thrive.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Customer service, or a related field
- High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills paired with high level of customer service
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
