Job Summary
Manage day-to-day office operations by welcoming guests, setting up breakfast, ordering supplies, monitoring stock, handling facilities requests, and coordinating vendors to keep the workspace running smoothly. Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and presentable while serving as the friendly, reliable point of contact for employees and visitors. Execute onboarding and offboarding logistics, internal events, and employee experience plans; distribute and follow up on internal communications. Maintain accurate records and trackers for office operations and team requests, applying a proactive, hands-on problem-solving mindset to handle ad hoc administrative tasks with flexibility and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Study background in Hospitality or Events Management
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Availability to start immediately and commit through the end of the year
