Job Summary
Co-pilot recruitment cycles, source top-tier talent, and coordinate interview journeys to shape the future talent pool. Decode competitive strategies through data analysis and market benchmarking for compensation and benefits programs. Design internal communications, launch wellness initiatives, and curate cultural events to drive employee engagement across APAC. Orchestrate regional training programs and learn from hands-on HRIS system work to streamline onboarding. Manage ad-hoc projects that directly impact people operations while supporting talent development and learning initiatives. Commit to a full-time internship from January 2027 to July 2027 with on-site presence at the Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-starter who brings energy to a team
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to figure out how to solve problems when the playbook is not fully written
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from January 2027 to July 2027
- Willing to work on-site at our Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore office
