Job Summary
HR Generalist role for Hosting Raja (hosting.com) responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining contracts and documentation, supporting probation reviews, salary changes, transfers and exits; handling employee relations, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes; managing HRIS data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs; ensuring local labour law compliance; coordinating recruitment with Global TA; driving employee engagement, culture initiatives, and global/local HR program rollout; acting as the local HR expert for India and partnering with Finance and payroll providers.
