Job Summary

The role provides hands-on generalist HR support at the Chiva plant for ~4 months, including HR administration, payroll support, onboarding, time and attendance management, internal communications, culture initiatives, and liaison with global People & Culture processes, while coordinating with regional and corporate teams to ensure compliant, organized employee records and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles
  • Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience or familiarity with time and attendance management
  • Experience supporting or participating in the payroll process
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor regulations, employment documentation and HR administrative procedures
  • Interest in participating in global People & Culture processes, culture initiatives, internal communication and performance review
  • High level of English: C1
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with HR systems, payroll tools, time and attendance platforms or ERP systems will be valued
  • Organized, detail-oriented and discreet
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills
  • Autonomy, proactivity, flexibility and motivation to grow in an international environment
