Job Summary
The role provides hands-on generalist HR support at the Chiva plant for ~4 months, including HR administration, payroll support, onboarding, time and attendance management, internal communications, culture initiatives, and liaison with global People & Culture processes, while coordinating with regional and corporate teams to ensure compliant, organized employee records and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles
- Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience or familiarity with time and attendance management
- Experience supporting or participating in the payroll process
- Knowledge of Spanish labor regulations, employment documentation and HR administrative procedures
- Interest in participating in global People & Culture processes, culture initiatives, internal communication and performance review
- High level of English: C1
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HR systems, payroll tools, time and attendance platforms or ERP systems will be valued
- Organized, detail-oriented and discreet
- Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, flexibility and motivation to grow in an international environment
