Job Summary

Develop and manage employee engagement programs, recruitment lifecycles, and performance discussions to foster an inclusive workplace. Administer HR information systems, analyze engagement data for strategic insights, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws. Coordinate wellness initiatives, training sessions, and team-building events while handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion. Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and deliver HR reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in HR operations, people management, or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, culture development, and organizational initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and cultural diversity management
  • Familiarity with employee wellness programs and mental health support initiatives
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing, or startup environment
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and processes
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations best practices
  • Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or equivalent) or willingness to pursue certification
