Job Summary

Develop and manage employee engagement and culture programs that strengthen organizational values while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws. Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, administer HR information systems for accurate record-keeping, and analyze engagement data to recommend strategic improvements. Manage employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance discussions, coordinate wellness and professional development initiatives, and collaborate with department heads on workforce planning. Prepare HR reports for leadership, facilitate team-building events, and contribute to policy development reflecting organizational values. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS and ATS tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in HR operations, people management, or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, culture development, and organizational initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and full-cycle hiring processes
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and employee relations best practices

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and cultural diversity management
  • Familiarity with employee wellness programs and mental health support initiatives
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing, or startup environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
  • Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or equivalent) or willingness to pursue certification
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience designing and delivering training and development programs
