People & Culture Director

Director of People & Culture leading HR programs and practices to recruit, develop, engage, and retain employees; provides strategic advisory support to senior leaders, oversees talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations; drives diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives; partners with executive leadership to align HR strategy with Waters Meet’s mission and values; role reports to the VP of Operations, is full-time and exempt, with hybrid office time in Spokane, WA; requires strong leadership, communication, change management, and ability to influence across the organization.
