Job Summary
People & Culture Coordinator who will serve as the face of the P&C function, owning administrative duties, onboarding activities, training/compliance, reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional support for leaders across The SOMM Hotel & Spa. The role requires strong Excel/MS Office skills, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple tasks/systems, and experience with HRIS Dayforce; responsibilities include drafting communications, setting up meetings, maintaining records, supporting compliance initiatives, conducting data analysis, and assisting with engagement programs. Office based in Woodinville, WA, with an emphasis on hospitality-driven people operations and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience onboarding new team members and trainings/compliance
- Ability to draft communications and manage day-to-day admin tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; public speaking experience
- Experience with HRIS Dayforce or similar HR systems
- Knowledge of HR laws, codes, and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Experience managing background checks and I-9 processes
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
