Job Summary
HR Coordinator for Kandor Management (Temporary, 3-month contract) based in Burnaby, BC. Core duties include onboarding/offboarding coordination, maintaining employee records in HRIS (Dayforce), screening resumes and coordinating interviews, managing recruitment lifecycle, scheduling and tracking training, updating training matrices and compliance certifications, drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs, supporting HR compliance and audits, and assisting with data gathering, reporting, and project milestones. The role emphasizes independent and teamwork, strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment, payroll, and human rights legislation. Education sought is post-secondary in HR, business administration, or a related field; prior HR/coordination experience is an asset. This is a full-time, 3-month temporary assignment with potential extension, located in Burnaby, BC, Canada, with in-person work arrangements.
