Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees, support staff through their first 12 months via the Start, Stay, Succeed program, perform data entry and accurate management of Workday supervisory organisations, audit and verify documentation to various requirements, draft correspondence, support Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, and deliver small group presentations. Strong administrative acumen, time management, professional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel are required; Cert III or higher in Business, Human Resources or related discipline is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III or higher in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience with Workday
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Professional communication (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Data entry and recordkeeping
