Job Summary
Support the development and execution of Talent and Total Rewards COE strategies through innovative solutions. Translate COE requirements into actionable technical, process, data, and service solutions. Lead stakeholders through discovery, design, and delivery across people, process, data, and technology. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide business insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable and track key metrics. Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to automate, digitize, and optimize People & Culture programs and processes. Manage projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable People & Culture solutions using agile methodologies. Drive agile execution of digital and operational initiatives through effective backlog prioritization, sprint coordination, dependency management, and delivery tracking. Maintain positive vendor relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and mitigate risks related to enterprise and People & Culture solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, talent operations, people analytics, or a related role
Desired Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SaaS solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proven project management skills and successful project delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of People & Culture practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with vendor management and cross-functional project coordination
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
