People & Culture Business Partnering Lead

Job Summary
Lead the Business Partnering function across Superloop Sri Lanka, ensuring consistent, high-quality people support and setting standards for Business Partners. Partner directly with assigned business leaders to align people strategies with priorities, acting as a senior advisor on workforce planning, organization design, and talent management. Coach leaders on performance leadership, drive talent reviews and succession planning, and provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution. Lead people elements of organizational change, including restructures and transformation programs, while championing the company's culture, values, and inclusion priorities. Manage complex employee relations matters and organizational risk to support business outcomes and delivery of annual People & Culture initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Science, Law or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Minimum 5 years operating as a Senior HR Business Partner, Business Partnering Lead or equivalent senior partnering role
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations and people risk management
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Experience coaching, mentoring or leading HR professionals
Desired Qualifications
- Telecommunications, technology or services industry experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or related discipline
- Experience working in a fast-growing, complex or geographically dispersed business
