Job Summary

People & Culture Business Partner to support Crown Perth's senior leadership with strategic insight and collaborative HR partnership. Responsible for aligning culture with business goals, delivering end-to-end people solutions, advising on performance management and employee discipline per Crown policies, and leading talent management initiatives including succession planning. Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into tangible people plans, contribute to policy and procedure reviews, and drive continuous improvement within a shared services framework. Requires degree in HR or related field and 5-10 years’ P&C partnering experience, with strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and navigate union/Enterprise Agreement considerations. A dynamic, proactive partner who can foster a OneTeam/OneCrown mindset and support a busy, diverse workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources or similar (People Management, Law, Commercial Business)
  • 5-10 years' proven P&C Business Partnering experience (preferably in matrix organisation of high volume)
