Job Summary
The People, Culture and Office Administrator provides administrative support across the People and Culture function and day-to-day office operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, training coordination, and offboarding. Responsible for maintaining confidential P&C records, payroll assistance as required, and delivering a positive employee experience. Supports HR documentation, reporting, compliance, performance reviews, system improvements, and HRIS workflows. Office administration across HousingFirst locations and events/hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication are essential. Must have full working rights; a National Police Check is required for preferred candidates. The role is offered in Melbourne, Australia with hybrid remote work arrangements.
