Job Summary
P&C Advisor (6 month contract) supports the People & Culture team across the employee lifecycle, including right-to-work checks, tier 2 visa sponsorship, onboarding/offboarding, contract creation, policy updates, payroll data, and maintaining the org chart. You’ll collaborate with internal customers and external stakeholders, guide on employee relations, provide coaching on HR matters, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to improving the employee experience. The role is based at the Woking RSC with hybrid working two days on site. CIPD qualification or active progression is preferred.
