Job Summary
Provide day-to-day P&C administrative support across the employee lifecycle for the NSW Infrastructure Services business. Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail; assist with recruitment coordination; support payroll data entry and employment changes; respond to P&C queries; maintain HR systems and data integrity; contribute to process improvements. Demonstrates organisational reliability, effective communication across stakeholders, and a proactive, collaborative approach within a fast-paced HR environment.
